Service Cancellation

You may cancel your email marketing services with Artistichandscen at any time by contacting us at chat@artistichandscen.world or through your account dashboard. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our email marketing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to discuss a potential refund or credit.

Refunds for monthly subscription services will be prorated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days of service.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service plan, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription, please contact us and we will work with you to make the appropriate changes. Changes to your service plan may result in prorated charges or credits.

Unused Services

Any unused email campaigns or services from your subscription period cannot be carried over to subsequent billing cycles unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using all allocated services within your billing period.
